He currently serves as the Founder, CEO, and President of 4G Ventures, a dynamic umbrella corporation overseeing a diverse portfolio of real estate and business investments. Through 4G Ventures and its subsidiaries, Mo leads several visionary projects, including:
  • Koreatown, Los Angeles: A 171-room Hampton Inn and Suites, poised to be a standout six-story hotel under the Hilton brand. This project, the first new hospitality development in decades in the rapidly gentrifying area, has received unanimous approval from the Los Angeles City Council, with construction set to begin soon.

  • North Laguna Beach: A groundbreaking mixed-use five-star hotel on Pacific Coast Highway, overlooking the Pacific Ocean. Mo’s creative vision and determination enabled the assembly of seven contiguous parcels, setting the stage for a development featuring subterranean parking, retail shops, fine dining, meeting centers, and a rooftop lounge and pool. This project promises to revitalize North Laguna Beach.

  • South Laguna Beach: The redevelopment of the dated Holiday Inn and 14 West Hotel properties into a multi-story four-star hotel with a restaurant, multi-level parking, and a rooftop lounge offering sweeping ocean views.

  • Laguna Canyon: The transformation of properties south of the Sawdust Festival into a new Laguna Arts District. This project will blend business, housing, and hotel properties with the artistic heritage of Laguna Beach, capturing the imagination of city officials eager to partner with 4G Ventures.

  • Newport Beach:The reimagining of a rundown shopping center into a multi-story, multi-unit apartment development featuring mixed-use retail space, multi-level parking, various unit options, and park space.
Beyond these developments, Mo has expanded 4G Ventures’ portfolio by acquiring and managing large multi-family residential properties in Redlands and Moreno Valley, California; various hospitality properties, including a Courtyard by Marriott and a Residence Inn in Palm Desert, and two properties in Laguna Beach; multiple retail properties throughout Laguna Beach; a high-end quick-service Neapolitan pizza chain across Southern California; several Jimmy John’s franchises in California and Arizona; and reopening the iconic Royal Hawaiian restaurant in Laguna Beach. Before founding 4G Ventures, Mo established 4G Wireless, Inc., a Verizon Wireless Premium Retailer that grew from a handful of stores in 2006 to become one of the largest Verizon Wireless retailers in the Western United States, with 160 stores and 2,000 employees by the time it was sold in 2016.
